Traci is vacationing in the land where gluten goes to party...
Long Island, New York.
One of the benefits/ pitfalls of cleaning up your diet is that you are never able to eat the way you used to. Not without a fight. From your body.
Traci has been on a gluten and dairy-free diet similar to the one from Day 8 for about 2 months.
That is until Long Island, with all it's gluten/dairy debauchery, reared its goopy head.
She'll be home next week and then back on the plan with me.
