  1. I really think you need to up the ante here. Now that you've broken the habit, it's time to test your strength with a good challenge:

    Step 1: Go to New Orleans (Vegas will also do) and begin drinking immediately - stay out until 1 AM
    Step 2: Wake up at 7 AM and sit through 8 hours of math and physics classes
    Step 3: Go out drinking again
    Step 4: Repeat this cycle for 5 days

    Once you have completed this challenge, you will feel spritely and refreshed when you return to your usual plan!...You're welcome. :)
